The world doesn’t just need more therapists—it needs more wise, grounded, and spiritually attuned counselors and coaches. If you feel called to walk alongside others in their healing, growth, or discipleship, but you’re unsure where to start, we’re here to equip you for the journey.
This is more than just learning techniques. It’s about becoming the kind of person others feel safe around. A person who listens without flinching, challenges with grace, and stays present in the tension without trying to rescue or retreat. January 2026, we will begin forming new cohort in person and online. Registration and pre-registration is available in the fall.
Our training focuses on:
- Foundations of biblically rooted helping relationships
- Counseling skills compatible with Scripture and sound practice
- Emotional and spiritual formation of the helper
- Introduction to the Relational Attunement Model (RAM) and Relational Discernment Theory (RDT)
- Supervision, mentorship, and personal growth as you serve
Whether you're preparing to become a lay counselor, small group leader, life coach, or pursuing professional Christian counseling, we meet you at your level—and help you grow with clarity and calling.
You’ll learn how to:
- Build rapport and guide clients with empathy and truth
- Navigate difficult topics like trauma, addiction, and grief
- Stay grounded emotionally and spiritually in your own life
- Offer insight without becoming emotionally enmeshed
- Walk in humility while still offering real guidance and structure
This is not just about helping others. It’s about becoming someone God can use—fully present, spiritually anchored, and emotionally wise.
If you’re ready to be equipped for real impact, we’re ready to train you. Your calling to counsel, coach, or shepherd others begins with formation—yours.
